Exchange & Refund

Refund:

Customer can request to refund their purchased item with 48 Hours since items arrive from delivery team. You can send us email at refund@clickandpick.lk mentioning reason why you chose to refund and with invoice number or image of the receipt.

Please check the condition of your package before you signing delivery note. If the parcel damage does not accept package from delivery team. We do not entertain change of mind refund reason. please before you make purchase go through with all product details thoroughly. All approved refund will be deposit within 4-5 business days back to your Visa/Master Card.

Below products not include for exchange or refund.

  1. Promotion or discounted items
  2. All kind of undergarments
  3. Perfumes and skin care health care products
  4. Gift items transactions not refundable
  5. Books and greeting cards / stationeries

Situation we consider for refunds are;

  1. Actual products different then the Website content and image.
  2. Package was fine but products damage inside. (in this matter please email us with image of the damage products within 24 Hrs.)
  3. Receipts amount and website price differences
  4. Other unexpected situation can be consider based on situation.                         

 

Exchange:  

Customer can request to Exchange items within 7 Days since the items arrived to your destination. you can send exchange request to us at exchange@clickandpick.lk and all Exchange goods must be resalable condition. Please check your parcel condition before signing delivery note, if the package seems to be damage please do not accept the parcel from delivery team.

Kindly note that we do not entertain Exchange on below products

  1. All kind of Underwear garments.
  2. Party Dress for women / kids / Men
  3. Skin care / health care products.
  4. Books and greeting cards / stationeries
  5. Promotion items and discounted products.
  6. Personal care products
  7. Gift item transactions

 

Exchange can be approved on below cases;

  1. Actual products different then the website content.
  2. Package was fine but package inside products broken. (in this case please send us prof of damage within 24Hrs)
  3. Other situation can be considering depend on nature of case.

We do not accept change of mind reason. please kindly check all products details before placing your Oder with us

Important Note: Any of above reasons (No 01, No 02) Resending delivery Fee will be bearing by Click & Pick we do not ask extra delivery charges in this matter. However, if there are other special exchange reasons we will recalculating delivery fee and customer has to be bearing delivery fee.
